Purchase Info/Deliveries

General terms of delivery
Only residents of the EC member states as listed on the site can order from the European site. If you are resident in North America, please log on to our American site. We are from our European site currently not able to deliver outside the European Union. Due to handling costs, we can't accept any orders under 40.00 Euro Ways of delivery
All items will be delivered by DPD directly to the address you have stated as your delivery address. If you are not available at the address you have stated when DPD comes, DPD will leave a note with a phone number that you can call to arrange new delivery time, or deliver the parcel to nearest neighbour.

Delivery times
Normal delivery time is 2-8 working days, depending on when your order will be processed, and depending on what country you are ordering from. You will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail. Delivery times are Monday-Friday (except public holidays) 08.00 - 17.00. Please note, if the attempts by DPD to deliver to the stated adress is unsuccessful, the package will be shipped back to our Logistic Center and therefore ACME s.r.l. is not liable to refund the freight cost.

Freight charge
8 EUR (or 6 GBP or 12CHF) / order for deliveries within European Community and Switzerland

Ways of payment
At ACME s.r.l. you can pay with credit cards. We currently accept Visa and Eurocard/MasterCard. If you are a resident of Germany, Austria or Switzerland you can also pay over Onlinebanking at sofortueberweisung.de . Prices
All prices are stated in Euro (or GB in GBP and Swiss in CHF). ACME s.r.l. is not responsible for currency changes/exchange rates that your local bank might have when exchanging the Euro into your local currency. The price on the screen on each article is not including freight charge. VAT is included in the price. Price for freight; please see "Freight charge". Due to handling costs, we can't accept any orders under 40.00 Euro.

Purchase info/Exchanges and returns
Our rules
According to EC law, you have the right to return goods within 30 days upon receiving them. Returned garments should not have been worn or damaged and should be returned unused in good condition and with labels intact. When returning or exchanging an article you will have to pay for the return freight. We will credit your card as soon as the return is back with us. Original freight cost will not be credited, unless the return is due to damaged goods, or if the return is due to a mistake made by ACME s.r.l. .

How to return
Contact info@99customboards.com and write the reason for the return, your order number, and what items you wish to return.

Alteration of terms
If any deviations from our General terms it will be clearly stated in the product information concerned. By clicking "send order" you also accept these deviations.

Personal details
According to EC law, we must ask you to accept that we handle your personal details. ACME s.r.l. will handle all details that you leave with us, or which we are given when you register for a purchase or visit our homepage. ACME s.r.l. will only use the information given in order to fulfil our undertakings in doing a credit check. ACME s.r.l. will not let a third party use your personal details for marketing without your consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted.

Product information
ACME s.r.l. reserves the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information or on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.

Other general terms

Price changes
ACME s.r.l. reserves the right to change prices. The price at the time of making an order is valid throughout that buying process.

Changes to the assortment
ACME s.r.l. reserves the right to change its stock available on the site and the right to take out items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
